Healthcare intelligence,
routed with precision.
Prognos AI connects digital health products to specialised agents through a single inference engine. Every interaction — clinical, operational, patient-facing — is routed to the model best suited to answer it, with graph-grounded reasoning and persistent context.
One engine.
Many minds.
Zero guesswork.
Every request — from a wearable ECG packet to a discharge summary — passes through a single routing layer. The engine inspects intent, domain, sensitivity and urgency, then dispatches to the specialised agent best equipped to answer.
Specialists, not generalists.
Each agent is trained, guard-railed and evaluated against a single clinical or operational domain — with its own tools, memory and evidence base.
Triage every encounter against the full patient graph.
Continuous signal interpretation.
Patient-facing, clinically supervised.
Graph-grounded reasoning over ontologies.
Interaction and dosing across every list.
Capacity & flow, forecast hourly.
What the engine actually does.
Multi-model reasoning
No single model answers alone. The engine dispatches queries to a panel of models — frontier LLMs, domain-tuned SLMs, vision and signal encoders — and adjudicates consensus before a decision leaves the platform.
Graph-based analysis
Every clinical concept is resolved against a patient-level graph built from FHIR, SNOMED CT and LOINC. Decisions are grounded in ontology rather than free-text recall — auditable, traceable, citable.
Contextual memory
Agents remember the encounter, the pathway and the patient — within strict PHI boundaries. Memory is scoped per agent, per consent, and every read is signed into the audit trail.
Strict guardrails,
not a disclaimer.
Prognos is built for regulated environments. Privacy, auditability and clinical safety aren't features bolted on — they are enforced by the router itself.
PHI stays inside the boundary
Data never leaves your region or tenant. Every model call, every memory read, every tool invocation respects explicit data boundaries.
Consent-scoped memory
Agents see only what the patient, provider and policy permit. Scopes are enforced at routing time, not at the UI.
Auditable by default
Every dispatch is signed, every reasoning step is traceable, every output is citeable against primary evidence.
Clinical oversight, always
High-stakes decisions carry a human-in-loop requirement. Autonomy is a spectrum the provider controls.
Ready to route every decision to the right mind?
We work with digital health teams, providers and platforms to integrate the inference engine into existing products — on your infra, under your compliance.
